As we enter the new year, we move into a new phase for Dawn of Titans. Looking forward, there will no longer be any leaderboard Events (e.g. Alliance War, Conquest etc.) going live in the game, and in addition, the ‘Live Update’ blog posts will cease from today, with only major updates and announcements added to the blog in future.

We aim to make the core Dawn of Titans experience more streamlined for players, and the following changes will be rolled out later today to accommodate this:

• Reduced upgrade costs and times for all buildings
• Temple Altar gem costs reduced by 50%
• Divine Shrine Altar costs reduced by 50%
• Raid Plinth cost reduced to 1 Portal Stone
• Capture Plinth cost reduced to 2 Portal Stones
• Raid Garrison cost reduced to 1 Portal Stone
• Portal Stone Shop cost reduced by 50%
• Portal Stone replenish time reduced from 7mins to 1mins
• Portal Stone replenish cost reduced from 6 Gems to 2 Gems
• Cost to Build Spells/Troops reduced to 1 Gold/Food
• Cost to Fuse Titans reduced to 10 Food
• Cost to Forge Relics reduced to 500 Food (base & additional)
• Additional +100% XP when Fusing Relics
• 3x guaranteed Reward Drops from PvP Battles

With the passing of the solar eclipse, a new dawn breaks, and sunlight once again reaches the lands of the Shattered Kingdom. Sensing the tide of war turning in their favour, the Archmages summon all remaining Gods and Titans to the Great Chamber beneath the halls of the Pantheon.

Representative of the Eternal Light and Keeper of the Knowledge, Minerva stands to address the gathering.

“Great Gods and mighty Titans of the land, the time has come to replenish the cosmos and begin the cycle anew.”

“The power of the Nexus is destined to consume all, but we stand as the last bastion against this inevitable threat. We must break free of the chains of fate and use their own power against them to make the Shattered Kingdoms reborn.”

“We must bring about the Cataclysm once more…”

Aware of his role, Korthan steps forward and meets her gaze, “Tell me what must be done, Sorceress.”

“Oh mighty Korthan, loyal King of the Realm, with the power of the Titans behind you we must ask you again to bring about the Cataclysm and return the world to an era of peace.”

Aware that this would bring about their end, the Gods and Titans fall silent. But as they begin to contemplate, they realise the gravity of their situation – only their collective power can save the lands from the Nexus.

With the chamber in agreement, the Titans, as they did many eons ago, harness their energies into the sword born of the Shattered Kingdoms itself – Excalibur. Having failed in his own attempts to drive back the corruption, Heracles approaches Korthan and returns the blade to its rightful master.

“Go now, King of the Realm. Face your arch nemesis on the Great Plains of the All-Mother, and when the time comes for your blades to meet, the power of the Titans will be unleashed and the world will be reborn into Light.”

With sword in hand, Korthan turns and leaves the chamber. 

Another age has passed.

The Cataclysm arrives once more as KORTHAN and ALMARAND clash in this special 12-day Alliance War starting Wednesday, December 22nd!

*When Frost Necromancer is summoned he will deal Ice Damage

As Nexus’ reign continues, the sky grows darker with each passing day. Thick clouds of Corruption envelop the Shattered Kingdoms, and without natural light, the land and all who reside on it will inevitably perish…

Sensing their power weakening, Chernobog and Belobog begin an age-old ritual to cleanse the planet of its corruption. For when the star and moon align, it is said that the heavens will open, and all that is evil will be banished into shadow.

Chernobog’s Frost Maidens

Chernobog’s Prestige skills allow him to call loyal Frost Maidens into battle. These Ice-Element rangers spawn within your backline and each ranged attack has a 15% change to Freeze the enemy.

Their stats are as follows:

• Units per Troop: 3
• Health: 31,046 each = 93,138 in total
• Ranged Damage: 2,986 each = 8,958 in total
• All Elemental Resist: 30%
• Armor Piercing: 50% in total
• Armor: 50% in total
• Critical: 5% in total

Belobog’s Magma Goliaths

Belobog’s Prestige skills allow him to call fiery Magma Goliaths into battle. These Fire-Element brutes spawn on random Enemy Troops and for every 10% health lost per Magma Goliath, a Fireball Spell will be cast within their Aura.

Their stats are as follows:

• Units per Troop: 3
• Health: 88,923 each = 266,796 in total
• Melee Damage: 2,914 each = 8,742 in total
• All Elemental Resist: 30%
• Armor Piercing: 30% in total
• Armor: 150% in total

To drive the power of the Nexus back, Zeus calls forth his greatest allies in battle as Blessed Olympians. These mighty Titan summons have the following stats when spawned in battle:

• Health and Damage reduced to 80% of their original Titan counterpart

The following Summons are available as Blessed Olympians for the base Zeus Titan:

Granting them new strength with the power of Corruption, Necromancer tasks the skeletal giants with reaching the furthest corners of the realm and converting all mortals to their cause. Any who resist will be put to death and resurrected as mindless undead warriors, forced into battle to do their bidding in the countless wars to come…
